Natalie graduated from Bournemouth University with a BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing. She describes herself as enthusiastic, hard-working, and self-motivated. Before her degree, she spent 10 years working as a Senior Health Care Assistant at a Bupa hospital.

Natalie possesses excellent teamwork and leadership skills, often going above and beyond both as part of a team and when leading independently. In 2024, she established her own clinic focused on enhancing people's health and wellbeing.
